i. turnaround time is 5 days to 2 weeks

payment - sketch - approval - delivery
payment stage - i will wait for full payment after receiving a request
sketch stage - i will sketch an idea for the client according to details provided
approval - i need approval of the sketch to go forth and finish the piece requested
delivery - i will refine and deliver via google drive sharing
(note: please self-host! -- i will delete uploaded files without discretion)iii. refunds are given according to amount of work completed
